Student Services

The staff of the Institute is at the complete disposal of its students. We are frequently called upon for assistance in matters of housing, health, immigration, travel, sightseeing and university study once English is mastered. Whatever your concern, we encourage you to address it to us. If we cannot help you directly, we will do our best to refer you to a source which can.

Multi-Media Lab
A computer lab, with free access to Internet, is available to all of our students. Students can practice their English with the support of videos, CD's, and audiocassettes coordinated with textbooks and an assortment of pronunciation and listening comprehension cassettes may be borrowed from our tape lending library.

Housing
For visiting students, housing with American families is available, but limited. Please notify us early of your desire to stay with an American family. The Institute also offers assistance in placing students in apartments, guest houses and hotels. Please contact us directly for details.

The Guarantee...
When you study English at The Boston Language Institute, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of instruction during the first four days of a four-week program, the first five days of an eight-week program, or the first two weeks of a twelve-week program, we will refund your full tuition. If you are not satisfied during the first two weeks or 20% of a private program, whichever is less, we will refund your full tuition. Refunds will be processed in thirty days.
